Can I see what my towels will look like before I get my order?

Sure. After you send us your order and your artwork, we can supply you with a proof of your design as it will appear on the towel. Be sure to write "PROOF" on your order and give us a fax number so we can expedite it to you. (Otherwise, we’ll have to mail you the proof, which, of course, will take longer). Once you return the proof with your OK signature, we can begin production.

Can you print my design on just one towel so I can see what it will look like before I place my order?

Unfortunately, it is very expensive for us to set up our presses to just print one towel. However, we can gladly accommodate you by sending a "random" sample (from someone else’s order.) This will help give you an idea of the imprint and towel size, the softness of the ink, and the overall quality of our product. Sample prices are the same as our 36 piece price (including shipping) and may be paid with your credit card.

What will my banner look like?

Your banner will look just like your towel. For example, if you order 72 towels, we print 73 towels and convert the last one into a banner by adding durable metal grommets for easy hanging. This helps your team create a stronger identity since your towel and banner will look alike.

How long will it take to get my towels?

It should take approximately 2 to 4 weeks from the time you place your order until you receive your towels. During the busy summer months, it will probably take closer to 4 weeks. In an emergency, we may be able to print your towels quicker, but we cannot guarantee this.

IMPORTANT: Don’t forget to allow shipping time for your order. We ship all orders UPS Ground, which can take anywhere from 1-7 working days, depending on your distance from Maryland. Just ask us how many days it will take to receive your order once it is shipped.

Also, if you need to see a proof of your design, allow for a few extra days (especially if you do not have a fax machine.)

Why should I buy towels from you?

Not only are our imprints undetectable-to-the-touch, they are also bigger than just about anyone else’s. Plus, there are no hidden costs. The prices you see include everything: artwork, shipping, set-ups, a banner, and a sewn-in identification label.

Do I have to use stock art?

No. We will print anything you want on your towels, as long as you meet the correct color minimums. For example, if you want a two color design, the minimum is 72 pieces and there is an additional $1.25 per towel running charge. Refer to our price sheet for more details regarding the number of colors you can get on your towel.

Can I print each swimmer’s name on the towel?

No. That’s why we attach the "This Towel Belongs To" Swim Team Towels label to each towel. If, however, you would like to embroider the swimmer’s name on the towel, just add $5.00 to the cost of the towel. We will embroider each swimmer’s name in an area approximately 1.5" x 5".
